Elena Paniflova

Elena Panfilova is founder and director of the Center TI-R since 2000. As a researcher and project manager she worked for Institute for Economy in Transition, OECD, etc. The main focus of the latest work of Mrs. Panfilova is on the development of the anti-corruption strategies for transition democracies, corruption research, anti-corruption and freedom of information legislation drafting, monitoring of the legislation implementation, monitoring and research of political corruption. In 2009 she was appointed to be the Member of the Presidential Council on the Development of the Civil Society Institutes and Human Rights.
